Weston Gosa of 16 & Pregnant Arrested

23-year-old Weston Gosa of 16 & Pregnant was arrested for driving under the influence of prescription pills in Georgia on the Fourth of July.

Gosa crashed his car and was determined to be under the influence of drugs when police arrived at the accident scene. He had Xanax and Lorcet with him but did not have prescriptions for either of the drugs. Police also found drug paraphernalia when they searched his car. As a result, Gosa is being charged with felony possession of controlled substances, misdemeanor possession of drug-related objects and DUI. Gosa faces severe penalties — such as license suspension, jail time and costly fines — if convicted of one or more of these counts.
