Jersey Shore’s Deena Cortese Arrested

Deena Cortese, a 25-year-old cast member of the Jersey Shore, was arrested on Sunday for disorderly conduct.

Cortese appeared intoxicated as she danced in the street in Seaside Heights, where the infamous show is filmed. The spectacle lasted for several minutes before Seaside Heights police officers arrested Cortese and took her to the police station to be booked. She was released from jail and picked up by her parents, which is fairly standard in cases involving minor criminal offenses. Such crimes in Elizabethtown, KY would most likely produce the same result, though it would be necessary to consult a criminal lawyer to tell for sure.

Cortese joined the cast of the Jersey Shore in its third season and is one of only two cast mates actually from New Jersey.
