John Stamos Leaving Court

John Stamos, the former Full House & ER star, was previously accused of partying and canoodling with Allison Coss, a then 17-year old, back in 2004. Coss & her cohort, Scott Sippola, are now accused of conspiring to extort $680,000 from Stamos in return for not selling incriminating photos of the actor to the media.

The trial began on July 13th in Michigan. John Stamos attended and is expected to testify during the trial. Allegedly, he met Allison Coss on a spring break trip to Orlando in 2004. They connected at a nightclub, where Coss told him she was a college student. Stamos later invited her and a few others back to his hotel room for a few hours of “hanging out.” Bad idea, Uncle Jesse! Would you have invited the Olsen twins back to your hotel room at that time? They were about 17 back then too.

Coss claims that strippers & cocaine were present in the hotel room, and she & Stamos spent the evening together. Furthermore, she claims she has photos of these events. Allegedly, Stamos went on to have a “flirty email” relationship with Coss for several years. After receiving some threatening emails regarding extortion from Coss & Sippola last year (under pseudonyms), Stamos contacted the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). The FBI set up a sting and later caught the pair at a Michigan airport.

Stamos maintains the photos do not exist. The FBI reports that they did not find any incriminating photos during their investigation.
