On Thursday, the judge ordered an arrest warrant for Ms. Lohan when she failed to appear for a probation hearing. The warrant was revoked when Lindsey posted her $100,000 bail and claimed that while in Cannes he passport had been stolen and she could not leave France.

The judge ordered the young actress to attend an alcohol education program, as well as set a probation violation hearing, in addition to his sentencing of the bracelet and drug testing.
