Kelsey Grammer, actor on hit tv shows such as Cheers and Frasier, is set to divorce his wife Camille Donatacci after 13 years of marriage. His wife reportedly filed for divorce in early July, 2010 citing “irreconcilable differences.”

According to Camille, the marriage had been on the rocks for years because Grammer was always distant both emotionally and physically, having lived primarily in an apartment in New York nearly three thousand miles away from their Hollywood mansion. According to some sources, the straw that broke the camel’s back was when Mr. Grammer went off privately on father’s day without giving notice to Camille or their two  children.

A number of reports have indicated that the couple did not sign a prenuptial agreement before marriage. This means that Grammer, who earned over one million dollars per episode on Frasier, could potentially have to give up half his earnings to Camille. This type of sticky situation is common not only for million dollar Hollywood celebrities but for average American’s from the Midwest. Contacting an experienced divorce attorney in Indianapolis can help prevent you from experiencing a financial crisis from divorce.
