Actor Chris Klein who is best known for his role in American Pie, could be headed to jail after being arrested on June 16th for suspicion of driving under the influence on the 101 Freeway. Most recently, he has been getting press for his audition tapes and now this. This isn’t the first run in with the bottle for the 31 year old. In 2004 he was arrested and convicted of a DUI. If he is convicted for a second time, he will have to serve a minimum of 4 days in jail. According to reports, he blew about 3 times over California’s limit of .08 at .20. It may be in Chris Klein’s’ best interest to start looking for an experienced DUI lawyer now.

California is passing a new law in July that would make Chris Klein have to have a breathalyzer system installed in his car if he is found guilty. If it gets to that point, shouldn’t they just take away someone’s car?
