Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes reached a settlement yesterday in their divorce, and details are beginning to emerge. (It was only a matter of time.)
TMZ released an exclusive report yesterday evening (EST) detailing the part of their divorce settlement regarding Suri, their six-year-old daughter. Their brief summary says:
- Holmes gets primary physical custody and Cruise gets “significant custodial time.”
- There are significant restrictions concerning what subjects Holmes and Cruise can discuss with their daughter — namely religion.
- The settlement agreement terms are very detailed and contain an outline of how Suri’s care will change as she gets older.
Us Weekly reports that a source close to Holmes says she is “very happy” with the settlement.
